THE BASICS

What is Bundl?

Bundl’s mission is to help parents get the items they need for baby with less hassle and for less money. You can rent the items you want for as long (or as little) as you need them. So you can focus on the baby, and not all the stuff.


How does it work?

Reserve an item up to 9 months in advance. You pay for the item’s first month’s rent upon reservation and choose a delivery date and a three hour delivery window. We will then email you to confirm the delivery date and time. Once your item is delivered, you will be charged the subscription fee on a monthly basis from the day you receive your item(s) until you cancel. No more storing piles of baby gear you don’t need, no more leaving barely used gear on the side of the road.


OUR PRODUCTS

Are my products new? How do you clean your items?

All products in our inventory are good-as-new (and some will actually be brand new). We have a rigorous deep-cleaning process and only use non-toxic, natural, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for your little ones. All our items are steam cleaned and sanitized before being sent out into the world. Blankets, machine washable items, and wearable items are laundered with hypoallergenic detergent for newborns, so they’re always fresh and clean.


What is the condition of the baby gear?

Bundl is a company run by parents. When inspecting products, we ask ourselves, “would we give this to our baby?” If an item doesn’t pass our “good as new” standards after our cleaning process, we retire it and donate it to a local shelter.  


How do you ensure your car seats have never been in an accident?

We thoroughly inspect every item returned to us and make sure it meets all safety requirements before allowing it to be rented again.


What if I want to rent an item you don’t have in your collection?

We love hearing your suggestions! Please email info@hellobundl.com if you are looking for something specific that you don’t currently see on our site.


LOGISTICS

What if I live outside the LA area?

Right now, we only serve the Greater Los Angeles area, but email us at info@hellobundl.com if you think we should expand to your city!


Is there a minimum rental period?

We know every baby is different, and not all babies like everything we think they will. The minimum rental period is one month so babies can try out items.


Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes. We do need someone home to accept the item, but it doesn’t have to be the person who placed the order.


What about set up?

Item set up is included in our delivery service. Hooray! One less thing to worry about.


Do I have to pay the $10 delivery fee?

No, you don’t. If you would rather save the delivery fee, you can opt to pick up from us at our home base in downtown LA instead.


What if I need it sooner than it’s available?

Email us at info@hellobundl.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!


I selected a delivery date for my item based on my due date, but what if my baby comes early?

At Bundl, we understand that babies work on their own schedule. We recommend selecting a delivery date at least 2 weeks prior to your due date but if you need to unexpectedly change your delivery date, we just need 48 hours to accommodate you. Email us at info@hellobundl.com and we’ll get back to you right away.


If I’m not satisfied with a product, what do I do?

Let us know and we will do the best we can to replace your item right away.


What do I do when I am finished using my items?

Easy! Simply log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions and then cancel the items you’re done with. We’ll be in touch with you within 2 business days to coordinate pick-up.


If anything goes wrong with my item, what happens?

If an item malfunctions while in your keeping, please let us know right away at info@hellobundl.com, and we will do our best to fix it or replace it as soon as possible.


What if an item gets damaged while it’s in my care?

Babies don’t always take the best care of items, and we get that. A normal amount of wear and tear is expected when an item is returned. As long as we can clean it or repair it, you won’t be charged extra.

But if the wear and tear is excessive or if an item is damaged due to negligence, then you might lose your Bundl privileges and/or we will charge a fee to fix or replace the item.
